RECIPE
First bake 2 chicken breasts and shred the meat. Then mix the shredded meat with your favorite wing sauce (I used this stuff). I sometimes add some chopped celery and onions to this mix but if you are a veggie hater then you might want to skip this. Once this is mixed put about 3 large spoonfuls into an uncooked wonton and fold over so it makes a triangle (I sealed the edges with some egg yolk to help keep it from opening). Then fry each for about 30 seconds and serve with some blue cheese!
